What do I do if I don't want to appoint a real estate agent any more?

Sometimes you no longer wish to proceed with a transaction. You are able to cancel an opportunity that you have not yet awarded to an agent by pressing the Cancel button.

In the cancellation procedure you may optionally provide a reason to agents as to why the opportunity was cancelled.

Once the transaction has been cancelled your property record is still available with which to perform a subsequent transaction. For example, the appraisals you received from agents do not correlate with a required figure for sale and so you cancel an opportunity. Six months later, you try the market again.
