How remote is the property? Are there other access issues?
How unique or standard is the property?
How much information is being provided about the property in your tender, for example floor plans?
If you have internal policies in your organisation for tenders you should use these.
A conservative time frame for most opportunities is 14 days, however, you are likely to receive bids for your opportunity on the day of publishing.
