If you've awarded a Job and you realise that you need to add a Stakeholder don't worry, you can still add them!
Navigate to the Workspace tab of your Job it looks like this if you're selling a property:
After clicking on the Workspace tab, if you haven't started anything, and the agent hasn't completed their inspection for the contract, you'll be on the Property inspection tab, so you'll need to make sure you're on the Messages tab, and it will look like this:
If you don't have a lawyer added, or other signatories/co-owners, then you'll only have one channel open and that will be with the agent that you have appointed to sell the property.
Down the bottom of this panel you will see that there is a button that says Edit stakeholders, it looks like this:
click on the Edit stakeholders button and you'll be taken to this screen:
Here you can add the new stakeholder including their:
email - this sends them an invite to join the file
role - this indicates what role they will take in the file - lawyer/co-owner/adviser
message - this allows you to send them a message to let them know why you're inviting them to the file.
After you have completed this form, you can either click the Add stakeholder button and add another stakeholder -- you can have as many as you like -- or you can click the Update stakeholders button and then you will return to the Messages tab in the Workspace.
On completion your workspace will now look like this (assuming you've added a stakeholder):
You can now see that the Example stakeholder has been added, we've labelled them as a Beneficiary for this sale, and you can see underneath the name it has sent them their first message which we said "This is a message to you as a stakeholder".
You can do this as many times as you would like. You can Edit stakeholders to also remove them during a sale if you would like. Be sure to Download the PDF of their messages if you remove them, before you do so.
