The user navigates to the Workspace.
An agent does this by pressing the 'Work' button in the top bar menu and finding the property on which they are working.
Once in the Workspace, the agent finds the button to message the owner and presses it.
In order to send a file, the agent presses the paper clip, which initiates the agent's local system dialogue to select files for uploading.
The agent waits for the file(s) to upload and once complete will see a link to the file becomes visible in the chat.
The owner is notified that each file is now available to view.
A copy of the link to the file and the time and date it was sent is logged in the message report, available in Reports.
