The primary contact for a transaction has published a job for service providers to respond to. After accepting a bid to provide services, the primary contact and service provider communicate with each other in a workspace to complete the transaction.
The primary contact will receive all notifications relating to a job and will typically be responsible for the conduct of the transaction, including providing a review of the service provider once the transaction has been completed.
Depending on how your team is set up the primary contact may be unable to perform some actions which, instead, require a team authority user's approval.
The primary contact can be changed through a transfer procedure.
