Unsuccessful service providers will also receive a notification advising them of their unsuccessful bid. No information is passed to the unsuccessful bidders regarding which service provider was selected.

The service provider who wins your work joins you in a workspace where you can start communicating and conducting the transaction.

Service providers who are not awarded your work can request feedback to help them improve for future opportunities.
