When you publish a job and proceed to appointing a service provider all information can be saved as PDF.

To extract a bid as PDF, navigate to the bid and press the Extract as PDF button.

To extract all bids as PDF with an overview while an opportunity has not yet been awarded, navigate to the Bids tab of a transaction and press the View as PDF button.

Once you have awarded a job a new tab will appear titled 'Reports'. The Reports here allow you to extract records of the conduct of your tender to appoint a service provider, your agency agreement, the agent's marketing and other work conducted for you and your communications in the Workspace.

You can also extract reports for your transactions in aggregate as a PDF or CSV from each index page.
